You have 7 days to inspect the merchandise upon receipt of goods. We are glad to exchange or credit merchandise that is damaged from the factory. No call tags will be issued. Please call our company or email us before sending back damaged items. We will provide you with a return authorization (RMA number). Goods returned without a return authorization (RMA) will not be accepted and will be refused and returned back at your expense. After you receive the RMA number, please ship the damaged item as soon as possible. Our return deparment will examine the defective item. If it is a factory defect item, you will be credited back. If the item is not found defective from the factory you will be charged a 25% restocking fee off the invoiced price. Please note that we are not responsible for normal "Wear and Tear" of any products. Melie Bianco is also not responsible for "Used and Abused" products.
